Dr. Tyler L. Crawford’s primary professional areas of focus are in musculoskeletal radiology and PET imaging. Dr. Crawford is fellowship-trained in musculoskeletal radiology. Dr. Crawford co-chairs sports medicine and musculoskeletal conferences at the Utah Valley Regional Medical Center.

After graduating magna cum laude in his undergraduate work at BYU, Dr. Crawford moved to California for postgraduate work. He completed medical school at the UCLA School of Medicine in Los Angeles, and an internship at the UCLA-San Fernando Valley Internal Medicine Program. Dr. Crawford then completed a residency in diagnostic radiology at the UCLA Medical Center, where he was a chief resident. Finally, he finished a fellowship in musculoskeletal radiology at UC San Diego. While completing his fellowship at UCSD, Dr. Crawford also continued as clinical faculty at UCLA Medical Center, Santa Monica before joining URA. His professional associations include the Radiological Society of North America, the American College of Radiology, and the American Roentgen Ray Society.
