Dr. Jared W. Allen is board certified in diagnostic radiology and fellowship trained in body CT and MRI, with additional training in cardiac imaging.
After graduating from Brigham Young University in Chemical Engineering, Dr. Allen undertook graduate studies at the University of California, San Diego, eventually receiving a PhD in Bioengineering. With this foundation in research and medicine, he continued his medical education at the University of California, Los Angeles. Dr. Allen started his clinical training at the LDS hospital transitional year program before completing residency and fellowship in St. Louis at the Mallinckrodt Institute of Radiology.
Professional interests in MRI lead him to become board certified in Magnetic Resonance Imaging Safety and to serve as MR Medical Director. His additional professional associations include the Radiological Society of North America and the American College of Radiology.
Dr. Allen loves adventuring with his wife and 5 children. He enjoys technology, travel, hiking, and skiing.
